1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on starstreamsolar.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version.

2. Products & Pricing

We reserve the right to modify product listings, descriptions, and prices at any time without notice. Prices displayed are in US Dollars (USD). We make every effort to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If a pricing error affects your order, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

"Contact for Price" items require a separate quote. No purchase contract is formed for those items until a written quote is issued and accepted by both parties.

If, after your order is confirmed, our costs increase due to factors outside our reasonable control (including supplier price increases, freight surcharges, currency fluctuations, or supply chain disruptions), we reserve the right to adjust the invoice price accordingly. If this occurs, we will notify you in writing. You may cancel the affected portion of your order within 5 business days of receiving the revised invoice at no penalty. If you do not cancel within that window, the revised price is deemed accepted.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, or inaccurate pricing. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is accepted and again when it ships.

We reserve the right to cancel or vary a confirmed order at any time prior to delivery, including where a product becomes unavailable or where we are unable to fulfill the order at the confirmed price. If we cancel, we will provide a full refund of any amounts paid. Where we have already incurred costs in fulfilling your order (including materials purchased, freight arranged, or labor committed), we may deduct those costs from any refund or invoice them separately, as permitted by applicable law.

4. Payment & Title Retention

All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Full payment is required before orders are processed and shipped. For large commercial orders, ACH payment may be arranged by contacting us in advance.

Title to goods does not pass until full payment is received. Until that time, the goods remain the property of Star Stream Solar regardless of whether they have been delivered to you or incorporated into a project. You agree not to sell, transfer, pledge, or otherwise encumber any goods for which payment has not been received in full. If you become insolvent or fail to make payment, we reserve the right to recover the goods at your expense.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns & Warranty Policy. All returns require prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

7. Warranties

Products are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. Star Stream Solar makes no additional warranties, expressed or implied, beyond what the manufacturer provides. We are not responsible for failures due to improper installation, use outside of rated specifications, or damage caused by external factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Star Stream Solar's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost profits, project delays, or installation costs.

9. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, storms, pandemic, war, terrorism, labor disputes or strikes, government actions or regulations, supplier failures, or disruptions to transportation or utility infrastructure. In such circumstances, we will notify you promptly and make reasonable efforts to resume performance. If the delay extends beyond 30 days, either party may cancel the affected order without penalty, and we will refund any amounts paid for unshipped goods.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, images, logos, and design - is the property of Star Stream Solar or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits related to purchases from this site.
